Offer a compact, data-backed selection list.
Select Table based in the dropdown's properties, then configure the source and its Table display/value column as described in shared table configuration.
Use Multiple select when users need to choose several options; the App stores the result as an array. Leave it disabled when the workflow requires one value.
Keep display values clear and sort or filter the data source so users can find the correct option without scanning unnecessary records.
