Manage Your NIM License
Configuration → Settings → License
Activate NIM with your supplied license code, confirm its status, and understand which identity capabilities are enabled in your environment.
An invalid or missing license limits NIM functionality. In particular, NIM marks filters as invalid, which prevents identity workflows that depend on them from running correctly.
Check the license first. If the license is expired or invalid, filters may all show as invalid even when their configuration is otherwise correct.

- Confirm you copied the entire code, including its boundary lines.
- Verify that the code was issued for this NIM environment and has not expired.
- Save the code again, then review the Status pane for the reported state.
- If the license remains invalid or expired, contact Tools4ever Support with the status information.
Include license status in routine platform checks and ensure the people responsible for NIM administration can obtain a replacement or renewed code before the current license expires.
