The Self-Service Portal is a starting page you can open without signing in. Your organization chooses which onboarding and password-reset options appear, and whether to include a tile for the App Dashboard or another default app. Tile names and appearance may differ from the example below.

- Open the portal link supplied by your organization. Its address normally ends in
/portal, such ashttps://apps.example.com/portal. Your organization may also make it the page that opens at the site's root address. - Review the available tiles. If the portal includes a search box, enter part of the tile name to find the task you need.
- Select the tile for your task and follow the instructions on the page that opens.
You do not need to sign in to open the portal. Onboarding and password reset still require the identity-verification steps configured by your organization. The App Dashboard or another regular app requires sign-in.
