Connect an identity event to a notification template and decide when it should send.

Go to Events > Actions and select Add. Select the Event Type, enter the Event Name, then select Add to create the action row.

In the new action row, choose a notification template. Optionally select an event filter to limit which events send a message.
Send on success, failure, or bothDirect link to Send on success, failure, or both
Select Success, Failure, or both, then save. You can add more than one action for the same event when different audiences or outcomes need different messages.
Edit or remove an event actionDirect link to Edit or remove an event action
Edit the template, filter, and success or failure settings directly in Events > Actions, then save. To remove one, select Remove Event Action and save.
An existing action’s event type and event name cannot be changed. Remove and recreate the action when either must change.
