Upgrade NIM

Abstract

To upgrade NIM, contact Tools4ever Support for the latest version of the installer. Create a backup before upgrading to ensure data safety. It is safe to reinstall over the previous version, preserving existing data and settings. Run the newer version of the .exe installer and follow the installation steps.

  1. Create a backup.

    (It is safe to reinstall over the previous version of NIM, and normally all existing data and settings are preserved. However, it is still a best practice to create a backup before upgrading.)

  2. Run a newer version of the .exe installer and follow the steps in Installation.
