Upgrade NIM
Follow the steps below to upgrade NIM to the latest version.
Important
When a new version of NIM is available, a bubble will be displayed next to the Settings menu item, as shown below.
Note
It is not required, but it is recommended that you create a backup of your NIM installation before upgrading.
Navigate to Configuration > Settings
Click on the Version tab. Your installed version of NIM and the latest available version will be displayed.
Click the Update button in the top right of the screen. NIM will then download the latest version, stop the NIM service, upgrade it to the latest version, and restart automatically. The log table will update as this is happening, and the page will refresh when this operation is complete.
