Problem

The Ellucian Cloud collection does not return the expected data

Likely cause

The connection details, available API access, or the data exposed by the Ellucian environment does not match the selected NIM tables.

Resolution

  1. Confirm the connection settings and credentials used by the Ellucian Cloud system in NIM.
  2. Verify that the relevant data is available in the Ellucian Cloud environment.
  3. Review your Ellucian vendor documentation for API access requirements, then collect the system again.
