Use NIM filters and mappings to create or delete Google Workspace user verification codes for the people you select.

  • Confirm that NIM can collect Google Workspace users and that the account has the permissions required to manage verification codes.
  • Identify the source-system data that selects the users who need a code created or deleted.
  • Plan and validate create and delete mappings separately before using either in scheduled automation.
  • Google Workspace supports only create and delete operations for verification codes.

  1. Go to Systems > Google > Configuration, find users_verificationCodes, and enable it.

  2. Collect the Google system to load current verification-code data.

  3. Go to Systems > Google > users_verificationCodes > Columns. Ensure userId is configured as the Key.

  4. Go to Systems > Google > users_verificationCodes > Relations and configure users_verificationCodes.userId to users.id as a Key.

Validate each mapping with an approved representative record before scheduling it. After a create or delete operation, recollect the Google system and confirm that the user's users_verificationCodes relationship matches the intended state.
