Test client retrievalDirect link to Test client retrieval
-
Select Test Connection. NIM attempts to retrieve clients using:
GET /api/clients -
If the test fails, verify the Tenant URL, Client ID, Client Secret, network access, and API permissions with vendor support.
-
Collect the source data required by your process and confirm that the expected records are present.
-
Validate identity matching and field mappings before using the data for downstream user provisioning.
The connection test checks client retrieval. Validate other collections and field access required by your process separately.
