Collect a table, view, or configured query containing the person identifiers and attributes your identity process needs. Use a stable key to relate those records to existing accounts, then select the approved population in a filter before running target-system mappings.

For a learner-provisioning example, follow Use SQL Server records to provision Litmos users. That pattern uses database reads and the Litmos connector's user-create and user-update operations. Validate database collection and the Litmos target changes separately.
