Test zone retrievalDirect link to Test zone retrieval
-
Select Test Connection. NIM attempts to collect zones using:
GET v1/Zones -
If the test fails, verify the Tenant ID, Token URI, Client ID, Client Secret, API permissions, and network access.
-
Collect the users, doors, zones, and access levels needed for your process and validate the results in NIM.
-
Validate intended provisioning changes with test records before enabling automation.
The connection test checks zone retrieval. Validate each required collection and write operation separately before applying user or door access changes.
