Review the TargetSolutions API documentation. Contact TargetSolutions Support or your account manager to obtain an API key with the access required by your process.
NIM requires Hostname and API Key.

Test user retrievalDirect link to Test user retrieval
-
Select Test Connection. NIM attempts to retrieve a single user using:
GET /v1/users?limit=1&startrow=0 -
If the test fails, verify the Hostname, API Key, network access, and user read permissions.
-
Collect users and group data needed by your process and validate identity and group mappings.
-
Test intended user and group assignment actions with safe records before enabling automation.
The connection test checks user retrieval. Validate other collection and write permissions separately. The connector lists Read and Create for user group memberships; confirm supported actions before configuring access changes.
