Configure access to the SSRPM database and website API, then validate user onboarding provisioning.

Refer to the SSRPM PDF manuals for your installed version, including the SSRPM Web Interface Guide (PDF), for website installation and configuration.
NIM requires Tenant URL, SQL Server Hostname, Database, Use Service Account or database credentials, and API Key.

- Identify the SSRPM IIS website and its Tenant URL.
- Configure the API key in the IIS website's
web.configfile, following the SSRPM manuals for your installed version. Keep the key available for the NIM connection settings. - Identify the SQL Server hostname and SSRPM database name.
- Choose whether NIM will use its service account or specified credentials to connect to the database. Ensure the selected account has the database permissions needed for onboarding provisioning.

- In NIM Studio, open Systems > Overview and add a Tools4ever SSRPM system, or select the existing system.
- Open Connection, enter the following settings, and save.

| Tenant URL | The SSRPM website address, using the format expected by the Connection screen. |
| SQL Server Hostname | The server hosting the SSRPM database. |
| Database | The SSRPM database name. |
| Use Service Account | Enable to connect using the NIM service account; otherwise, provide the username and password in the connection settings. |
| API Key | The key configured in the SSRPM IIS website's web.config file. |
Test the database connectionDirect link to Test the database connection
- Select Test Connection. NIM attempts to open a connection to the database.
- If the test fails, check the SQL Server hostname, database name, selected account or credentials, database permissions, and network access from the NIM server.
- Validate onboarding provisioning with a test user and confirm the result in SSRPM before enabling automation.
The connection test checks database connectivity. Validate the Tenant URL, API key, and intended onboarding operation separately; a successful database connection does not confirm website API access or provisioning permissions.
