Create API access following the Zoom Server-to-Server OAuth instructions. This authentication method uses application credentials without an interactive user authorization flow.
NIM requires Client ID, Client Secret, and Account ID.

- On the app's credentials page, securely record the Client ID, Client Secret, and Account ID.

Test current account accessDirect link to Test current account access
-
Select Test Connection. NIM calls:
GET /v2/users/meThis request retrieves information about the current account represented by the Server-to-Server OAuth token.
-
Confirm that the test succeeds. If it fails, verify the credentials, Account ID, app activation, and scopes required to read the current user.
-
Collect the system and inspect users, groups, group_members, sip_phones, and phone_users_settings, as needed for your process.
-
Validate intended user lifecycle, group access, and phone settings changes with safe test records before enabling automation.
The connection test reads current account information. Validate each required collection and write operation separately.
