Configure scheduler timingDirect link to Configure scheduler timing
On the task's Schedule tab, select Scheduling enabled and set the time and dates when the task may run. The minute, hour, day, month, and weekday selections work together: a run must match all of them.
| Setting | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Minute | Choose at and enter a minute from 0 to 59 for a fixed time within the hour. For example, 15 means 15 minutes past the hour. |
| Hour | Choose at and enter an hour from 0 to 23 using 24-hour time. For example, 2 means 2 a.m. |
| Day | Leave every day for any calendar day, or choose a specific or repeating day rule from the menu when the task should run less often. |
| Month | Leave every month for year-round runs, or choose a month rule to restrict when the task can run. |
| Monday–Sunday | Select the weekdays on which runs are allowed. Clear a day to exclude it, even when Day is set to every day. |
In the screenshot, Minute: at 15, Hour: at 2, Day: every, Month: every, and only Sunday selected schedule the task for 02:15 each Sunday. Other choices in the timing menus can produce more frequent or less frequent runs; inspect the resulting dates rather than assuming how the rules combine.
Select Calculate Instances to preview the next run dates and times. Check that the list matches your intended schedule, then select Save. If the task is disabled on Scheduler > Overview, enable it there before relying on automatic runs.
