Deliver one filter result as a predictable, scheduled file.

Export tasks write a filter result to a CSV file in the directory you configure. The NIM server must be able to write to that location.

Create an export task in Scheduler, save it, and select the filter whose rows should be written.
The screenshot shows the Configuration tab. Set the options that match the file expected by the receiving system:
| Option | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Filter | Select the filter whose result rows will be exported. |
| Export data to directory | Enter the folder on the NIM server where the file will be written. Use the field below it to select a variable, then Append to directory to add that variable to the path. |
| Export filename | Enter the output file name, including its extension. Use the field below it and Append to filename to add a variable to the name. |
| Cell delimiter | Enter the character that separates values in each row, such as a comma or semicolon. |
| Include headers | Write column names in the first row when selected. |
| Dates as UTC | Write date and time values in UTC when selected. |
| Carriage Return and Line Feed | Choose the line-ending characters. Select both for CRLF line endings. |
| Enable PGP file encryption | Encrypt the exported file. Select one or more recipient public keys under Select PGP encryption key(s). The list shows each key's name, thumbprint, owner, and capability flags so you can identify the right key. |
| Enable PGP file signing | Sign the output so the recipient can verify its origin. Use a NIM-owned signing key whose public key the recipient has. |
| Output format | Choose Armored (text) for text-encoded PGP output or Binary for binary PGP output, according to the recipient's requirements. |
Add or import keys in Configuration > Settings > Certificates before selecting them here. The Schedule tab sets recurring runs; History shows earlier task runs.
