Collected-data inspection
Review current system-table rows in NIM before you build or troubleshoot filters, mappings, roles, and relations.
The Data tab displays the current collected records for a system table—the data currently available in the Vault. Use it to confirm that collection and the data model produced the records and values your workflow expects.

| If you are validating… | Confirm that… |
|---|---|
| A new collection | Expected records and approximate row counts are present. |
| A newly selected column | Values are populated and formatted as expected. |
| A primary or reference key | Values are stable, populated, and unique where required. |
| A relation | The key and foreign-key values needed for the relationship are present. |
| A filter or mapping | The input data matches the records and attributes the workflow should process. |
The Data tab shows current Vault dataIf the expected values are missing, collect the system again after confirming the table, column, key, or relation configuration. Filters and mappings cannot use data that is not currently collected.
