Add an Internal system
The Internal system in NIM is used to create users and groups within NIM itself, without connecting to third-party IT applications. To add an Internal system, navigate to Systems > Overview, click Add, accept the default System Name, and click Save. The new system will appear in the Configured Systems pane. This system is crucial for controlling access to applications within NIM.
The Internal system is a special system. It doesn't connect to a third-party IT application. Rather, it's used as a target system to create users & groups in NIM itself (e.g., to control access to Apps).
Follow steps (1) - (6) to add an Internal system. Then choose one of the tutorials below to continue.
Go to Systems > Overview.
Click Add.
Accept the default System Name.
Click Save.
The new system is added to the Configured Systems pane.
