Metadata Fields
Many items in NIM support metadata with the Notes and Tags fields. These fields allow you to attach additional information to those items, such as a description of the item's purpose in the Notes field. Tags provide color-coded labels for quick reference. Both fields are evaluated in search results.
Currently, the following items support metadata fields:
Follow these steps to add metadata to an item:
Click the
button next to the item.In the dialogue box that appears, enter the appropriate notes or tag name you wish to assign to the item. You can select from existing tags, or type into the Tags dropdown to add a new tag.
Click Save.
